I started a new free auction site about a month ago, and it’s slowly building steam. Verrrry slowly. So I figured I’d post about it here, and see if anyone would be interested in helping to promote it. I created it mainly in response to eBay constantly raising their fees, etc. LBD Auctions is totally free, and will always be so. The only charges are for optional listing upgrades such as home page featured….. simply because it would defeat the purpose if everyone used the upgrades.
What do I get out of it? A free place to list items for sale (that I know will remain free), same as you. There are a few banner ads on the site to help cover the hosting costs. That’s all.
It’s ready to go; the only thing it’s missing is people. Please spread the word!
